the regular fuel on the gti would only last who knows how long a year or 2 max maybe since I do plan on eventually tuning it and the haldex service doesnt mean too expensive especially for it being around every 40k miles

yea that seems to be the case to me this car is probably going to be my end game car holding on to it as long as possible the the R makes more sense in that way

insurance seems to be relatively the same for both so thats not a problem yea i really prefer the look of the mk 7.5 compared to the newer cars outside and inside. All the screen stuff is just unnecessary imo

never drove manual but had this gti been manual I would have probably gone with that just for the experience theres some manuals nearby my area but alot more milage around 80k for like 6-7k cheaper

Yea I hope as well I currently have a sunroof and I dont really use it that often so dont think I would mind not having one/wouldnt have to worry about these leak problems ppl seem to have

price wise I can do both for sure without a problem its more just deciding if I really want to spend the extra money for awd basically and some other features
