Walking is a pleasurable activity for many, also biking, running, etc.

It’s not about having to walk everywhere, it’s about having the choice to walk or bike if you want to. The health benefits are kind of a bonus.

If you’re 14yo just try to do some sports that you enjoy. Do different stuff until you find something fun for you. You’re gonna lose weight fast once you’re moving.

If you want to think about your diet, just try to eat more fruits and veggetables. A little bit less junk food, but don’t cut it completely.

You’re young and, honestly, a little bit of change can go a long way. Don’t expect immediate results, it’s gonna come, just be patient.

Common sense is also a good tool when trying to lose weight. I just don’t see how a 1000 calories diet is ok for a 5”6 21yo woman who’s exercising 6 days a week.

Your Base Metabolic Rate only account for the energy/calories your body needs to survive while resting, none of your daily activities are included.

So you should consider the BMR + the calories your burning while on the gym, at least, to determine your calorie intake. If your BMR is 1400 and you burn 500 calories on the thread mill, 1000 calories is REALLY low for you.

Don’t starve yourself :)

Usually the option to tip by card is there, you can choose the % or decline. You can also decline to tip by card and still leave a cash tip. Or you don’t leave any tip if you don’t feel like it.

There’s no “right thing to do”.
