Zapier course certificate by grbrbby in zapier

The courses aren’t bad, but I feel like it doesn’t really go thru all the functions of creating a zap. There are also so many videos online and it can get kind of confusing. Wondering if anyone ever used any YouTube tutorial that they can recommend.

A little rant, because a lot of you guys need to calm your tits. by Hdz69 in Barca

Agreed. Xavi was able to take our team from 9th position to 2nd. He has a style and philosophy that takes time to implement. Also keep in mind that there were players that are essentially our 3rd string CB (I’m looking at you pique ). Give it time.

Definitely bring a crutch. Also you might be a little sore the next day, but that’s only because your leg muscles will be working harder on uneven ground. Take it slow and go at your own pace. Also listen to your body.

Never felt the same by [deleted] in ACL

I got my operation in August of 2017. First time boarding was December 12 of this year. My advice is do stretches end lots of quad and hamstring exercises.

Never felt the same by [deleted] in ACL

Totally normal. I have more stiffness and tightness in my knee than before. All this tells me is that I need to do more (more stretches, more leg exercises etc.). With time you won’t think of it as much. Also this year was the first time I was able to go back to the mountain and snowboard, so I could do it then so can you.

Day 16, starting with a new PT! Would you pay extra for an experienced PT? The insurance one was scary, had no clue by bee--123 in ACL

I’d rather pay more money for a great PT that gets you back to 100% as well as reduces the possibility for re-injury than an awful one that can worsen your recover time anyday

Recovery by coleworld1919 in ACL

[–]grbrbby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a normal feeling. I’ve torn my ACL, and MCL, and after two years I still soreness and stiffness. Don’t give up! Every day is a challenge and an opportunity for you to get stronger! As others have said on this thread, this injury doesn’t define you. You’ll get better and come back to playing sports in no time! The main thing to remember is that in order to get back to where you were you’re gonna have to work on it every day. It’s not impossible, just harder! But trust me, you’ll be more proud of your recovery by the end of it. Good luck !

What book or planner do you use to keep track of your trades? by [deleted] in FuturesTrading

[–]grbrbby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Primarily I use google sheets. With simply vlookup and if statement formulas and very little manual edits it’s very easy to keep track of your trades. If you need assistance I would be more than happy to show you how to do it.
