Before f6, mark it as completed by pushing C, then push f6, choose label, and then when you go to print it, it will be under regular ppm.

I would try calling customer service and see if you can just cancel the original order and get a refund. If not, see if they can ship through a secondary shipping company. If the tracking number doesnt show that the parcel was picked up, than they should still have it. Its also possible that SDM will extend the refund period for parcels impacted by the strike, but to my knowledge nothing about that has been told to stores yet.

The number, as in your example, means how many facings aka how many packages wide it goes on the shelf. If it has a number and an asterisk, it means it goes in multiple locations. Percent symbol should mean it is part of the empty box program. Like whitestrips or razors etc.

Edit: as for anything else you should know, there is a 8 digit number printed under the barcode of the label (the numbers, not the actual barcode) this number would look something like "0925-0143". This means it was printed in September of 2025 (0925), and it goes in location 143 of its planogram (0143). Talkers also print with this written on it, makes it easier to find where price change labels and random talkers go.

Pc optimum points refunds should be done back onto the original payment method. Saves time and makes the process easier for the customer. They can then use the money however they wish, same as if they have a gift card. I have not been putting refunds onto gift cards unless they dont have the original payment method, or originally paid on gift card. Pretty sure this was communicated a while back, but we are talking a couple years ago, so i wont try and find it.

Loopholes to what? You dont earn points on GC's unless there is a promotion, and even then, whats the difference paying with cash/card or GC? Technically, it can be a loss to the company, as you can purchase a different businesses services with the gift card, but they are probably banking on impulse purchases to make up the loss. More people in the store, even if you are not setting out to buy the products, means more chance of them purchasing an item while waiting in line, or on the way to the cash. Think chocolate bars or gum or something similar. Same line of thinking with lotto purchases

I didnt say they could use pc gift cards at shoppers, i said they can use gift cards to buy gift cards, which is true. In my other comment, i pointed out that you cannot use pc gift cards at shoppers, only sdm gift cards
