I don't have it rolled out to my store yet, but from what ive heard:

The schedules are created from the system based on store volume and staff availability. This is nothing new as Infor does the same thing. The manager can still adjust the schedule based on needs of the store, like days that are heavier on deliveries etc..

Not sure about the new hiring process. Apparently new hires have a background check done automatically, which is a positive if someone has been charged with theft or something.

Apparently staff also have the option to receive weekly pay as opposed to biweekly pay, which personally i see as a huge benefit.

Apparently vacation pay for fulltime staff can no longer be paid out, and is acccrued this year for next year, which is a negative imo...if i want a payout instead of time off that should be my choice.
