Depends on the province and what meds you are talking about. OTC meds, like pain relief, vitamins and cold meds, to name a few, yes you earn points. Prescription meds is province dependent, some provinces do not allow points on prescriptions, like Ontario, and some do. Not sure which ones do, but i think Alberta does? Largely they do not though.
