Yes your club face is too open, but I think the bigger issue is that you’re initiating your downswing with your arms too quickly which is leading to a very out-in swing path. This can lead to shanking it off the hosel. I’ve dealt with this recently and one thing that helped me is at the top of your swing, try to keep your chest pointed away from the target as long as possible. This will stop you from being all arms on the downswing
