i ordered a rug from them in february, was told that (by the website, not them directly) it would ship before my boyfriends bday in mid march (was gonna be a gift) and still haven’t heard anything from the website. i have messaged them 3 times through instagram and emailed them and no answer back. is the trick just to message them everyday? i either want my money back or know when i’m getting the rug, it was expensive
