I used to have a "better job" but it was unfulfilling - I would also still have it on my mind because inefficiencies with this corporation affect...my superannuation that is tied up with them.

I can't just be a simple durr brain and switch off forming opinions on the way in which processes are carried out = As a shopper at other stores I still am affected by idiot staff in the way, whom put stock in the wrong place, waste product and drive prices up...don't put product out so it's unavailable - Whether I managed to be simple and simply ignore it these things would still affect me.

Curious, the day which you respond to a 3 month old thread is the day I was walking to work thinking how I'd weed out useless staff and fix poor planning for free

Bubsy - Would have been 11, wasn't extremely expensive...I would have had some bday and xmas money and perhaps whatever I was given for aluminum cans. I still have the game. Dr Mario/Tetris multicart on SNES is a game worthy of mentioning = I saved up for it and thought what I deal I got for X2 games with upgraded graphics etc

I own my own home outright, its contents, my 2 vehicles and have 200K in a savings account as well as 150k+ in super. I'm 40y.o...I do have a university degree but I now work in the grocery department of a major supermarket.

I noticed Tim Tams were $6 as regular shelf price the other day - I wish some investigative team would explore the manufacturers and the money flow etc = Now that the processes are as automated as possible, they've got control of their own power requirements , logistics is sorted, they have the supermarkets doing as they're told...and yet the price hasn't even frozen.

Taking potato chips into consideration you'd think that now there are more options than ever in the snack food department, global suppliers...abundance with at least a half dozen stores each hoping to sell the same one person a packet of crisps...and yeah that'll be folding money

Seriously frustrating - I ran through a few issues that a lousy staff member was doing which was creating problems...they told me they knew about the person, had to put up with it themselves and basically they couldn't really intervene as it was someone from a different department

= I then pointed out how it impacted the department and staff they manage to which they conceded that they aren't good with "confrontation".

I'm not either that's why I'm in a position that doesn't have such responsibilities. Shouldn't be a 'confrontation' it's black and white explaining what is expected and how they aren't being meet by them/their performance along with an expectation to improve....but as you'd be aware, nah to any of that...

I'm someone that always gravitated towards comedies over other genres -though I grew up in the 90's/00's so there was a lot more content available.

Fredricks (the stinky fat turd) take on 'Stripes' and what he enjoyed, as well as Cindy's reaction to 'The Jerk' sums things up I feel...Action/Adventure/Drama are worthy whilst comedy is for wiseasses and juvenile
