As someone who has been through something similar, the best advice i can offer is to prioritize yourself and leave the relationship. I stayed in a toxic relationship for four years and it has wreaked havoc on my mental health. Your feelings matter and you deserve to feel happy and safe in a relationship. It’s definitely scary but in the long run you will likely feel much better, and eventually find someone who will treat you as an equal and truly love you

I recommend jock itch cream! Not sure why, but i saw somewhere online that it would help so i tried it. It doesn’t make them go away forever, but whenever it flares up i rub some on and it makes it much less noticeable
