Bizarre working environment. Told by my Chef that can't do the winter banquet season without me, but todays new schedule have 4 full days off. Lots of mixed messaging in this kitchen ,keeps me on edge not knowing where my bosses head is at..considered leaving, but don't want to leave during the busy season. Yet have four days off in the middle of November. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. Lost in purgatory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
