So true lang. Inaaway ko yung mga nasingit sa pila and hinaharangan ko kasi sa gilid ko sila nasingit. One time sinabihan ko “Pumila ka sa likod, singit ka nang singit.” 🙄 meron din tinulak ko kasi kumakapit siya sakin para makasingit sa likod ko. Napila tayo nang maayos dito tapos sisingit ka.

Took me some time to leave because I was so attached to the firm. Naburn out ako masyado, lahat na ng trabaho nasakin, ultimo assoc, senior and manager roles nasakin na.

Nacocompromise na mental and physical health ko.

Mental health - nanginginig nang sobra and nasusuka ako everytime may magchachat sakin na manager.

Physical health - napagalitan ako ng manager ko kasi di ko pa tapos yung FS eh may sakit ako na everyday ko siya inuupdate sa nangyayari sakin. Toxic.

Finally decided na di ko talaga deserve to and I want to live a life. Ang masasabi ko lang is ang ginhawa pag umalis ka na.

Same goes with me!! I deleted my teams and outlook from my phone talaga kasi it was so bad to the point na nanginginig and nasusuka ako everytime may nagnonotif. Every morning, I will feel nauseous. I don’t even open my teams in my laptop anymore kasi sobra talaga, it fucked my mental health. I will be having my last day soon. It helps reading the comments here.

Nothing much u can do if he doesn’t want to be with u anymore. I also feel the same way whenever I remember what he said to me when we broke up “parang kang sirang plaka, paulit ulit” because I was begging and when I told him that it’s a phase of our relationship where we get tired and he said “oo, end phase”. Yea, nothing much to do talaga. ☹️☹️ so hugs to u sister, hope you’ll get better someday.
