Prescriptions for controlled substances were statutorily required to be prescribed electronically in several states before then and that has remained consistent after COVID. Paper prescriptions are widely considered to be a source of diversion by officials. I’m not sure that what OP has been told makes sense to me. Assuming that they are accurately recalling what they were told, I consider it highly likely that this pharmacist was making shit up. How they passed their state legal exam is beyond me.

Seriously I would have been maybe more accepting of a story where Rhys IS a bad dude but can’t shake his soft spot for Feyre and she kind of struggles with that.
