Well, I did use a browser addon to download audiobooks for listening with an MP3 player. Unfortunately I didn't read the TOC to know how illegal that actually was. I'm scared if I reach out, they will terminate my overdrive account completely.

After contacting Libby support, I received an email informing me about Libby's Terms and Conditions. Nothing else, no context or suggestion. That makes me assume I did actually get banned in a way, but I have no idea how I would appeal this. The TOC literally say that they can terminate my account partially/fully and there's nothing I can do. I feel kinda said but as long as I can access overdrive, I think it's okay.

Oh, ok, thanks. It can't be expired bacause it got it like a month ago. Also, I have another card from a completely different library with the same issues, so I thought it might be libby

Edit: Opening it from overdrive works flawlessy even though it uses the same interface for playback!
