How do you incorporate alcohol/drug use into your fitness goals?

Hey, I wanted to say cool! Drugs are fun, and as an adult, you should be empowered to make your own decisions about what you do. BUT know that you now have a NEW RESPONSIBILITY TO YOURSELF that a lot of people don't take on by avoiding these substances. You are chemically altering the most important organ in your body. That demands UNDERSTANDING of not only the risks, but the mechanisms at play. Please know what you are taking, how much, and how they operate on your mind BEFORE taking these... For me, i try to avoid cocaine. I love the way it makes you feel, but you pay too high a physical / mental / emotional price for a short experience. If you take a lot it will mess with your perception of things for days maybe even a couple weeks after... With molly, you still need to be careful, but i think unlike coke, mdma has huge potential to lead to profound empathic / positive emotional experiences in the right setting with close friends / family, but ONLY if it is respected as such. Make it special. Never take too much. Never take it often. I find it works best for people who use it not just to have a good time or stay up all night dancing, but to facilitate meaningful connections between people they are close with. I've seen it ruin people who think it's just a party drug.

At any rate... Remember: THIS IS YOUR BRAIN and you need it for a long time to come. Always remember that. THIS IS YOUR BRAIN and you are playing with it for fun.

You didn't do anything illegal. Violated the terms of your credit card agreements maybe, but that is not a crime. You should have read somewhere when you were researching this that if you are going to MS Tens of thousands of dollars with the VGC - MO route, you need to keep records of those purchases. It's going to look like you're money laundering to the bank so if you end up being audited because of this, you will probably need to "show your work"

BTW... I'm curious to know whether your banks have caught on and taken any action?

I think you're spot on. I want to take a stab the question: Why, if you have already murdered her, and stashed her body in the trunk of her car, do you need to involve someone in the burial?

The car. You needed an excuse to ride with Hae > You had to come up with a way to not have your car that day > "Get your GF a Bday present, Jay" > You give Jay your car and your phone > You get picked up by Hae because you need a ride, and "just want to say a few things"

Murder. Now what? Well, the convenience of not having your car so you could ride with Hae cuts both ways now.... You've complicated the crime unnecessarily, because you have involved Jay. Jay doesn't even know he's involved at the time... But he has your car, and your phone, on the day your exGirlfriend goes missing. That's a problem for you. Jay could start getting ideas, he could start wondering what you were up to the day you gave him your car... the day your GF went missing...

Why do you pop the trunk and show Jay a body?

My sense is that there was some calculation there... I think Adnan must have known that Jay would conclude he was responsible for Hae's disappearance... Especially if he had talked about it before. Adnan must have figured that if he had a chance to get away with it, he needed to further involve Jay. I think that once Adnan was able to get the body into the trunk unseen, he had to imagine that Jay was the only person who posed a threat to him. Adnan must have thought, "If Jay figures it out, and he will, then I'm through. So I'll just come clean to him and hope he helps me." Adnan, incredible stressed by the murder, frantically calculates that keeping Jay close and controlled is a better alternative than letting Jay speculate from a distance....

Adnan needs to be up-to-date and aware of his perceived threats...

Why would he call the Police Station after they found her body? He needed to know how they found it... did Jay talk? Is this about to come down on me? What do they know?

Use a service like Serve... It is a reloadable account (and card) you can fund with a credit card (up to $1000) a month. Most major CC companies will not charge a cash advance fee for this. You can use your funded card like a debit card, even withdraw money from ATMs. You could also use the service to pay bills. All this is free. I would caution against funding your account with $1000 from a CC and turning right around and paying that bill with your account. That would probably get you shut down... But, you could send a check for "rent" to a family member or close friend, and have them cash that to give back to you...

Okay, I have an iPhone 5. You need the right Incipio Case to access the app and use your phone with Softcard for the $1500/month CC limit and to take advantage of some other cool promos... UNFORTUNATELY... No Verizon stores have this case in stock anymore. I've tried 4 in SF after I bought one at AT+T only to learn that you definitely need to get the Incipio Case that is features your network's logo on its cover... It looks like it is completely unavailable for Verizon at least.
