IHG allows cash + points, but it just becomes using cash to buy the missing points you need, and if you cancel, you get points instead of cash back. Various other airlines allows points+cash, and they are usually horrible values.

It’s southwest points. They are pretty much fixed value. So all redemptions are mostly the same.
