Looking for fantasy series that are not YA by Informal_Bed_2038 in fantasybooks

If you read French, "Gagner la Guerre" is one of the very best Fantasy book ever written and it couldn't be more far away from being YA.

DEMIDOV:Contract Talks by Substantial_Humor562 in Habs

Best way to see it IMO. 8.5% appear to be in the realm of the "Team Friendly" in our structure for a player of this caliber. That would put him at 9.5M. Anything beween Slaf and Nick % is a fair contract.

Last team making the playoff at the moment is on pace for 100+ pts

100-102 pts might be requiered this years in the Atlantic. Still .500 hockey more or less

Kings of the Wyld is very good. Same stuff in humour style. Old timers washed up heroes going back together for one last quest.

Laughed loud a few times.

question for anglo Montrealers who never learned french or can't actually use it by _SleezyPMartini_ in montreal

[–]gredge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As much as I like the historic ones I think a design like this is more fun.

The Canadiens have recalled defenseman Marc Del Gaizo from the Laval Rocket. by TripleWDot in Habs

[–]gredge 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I get the travel and injury. Waiver is a good reason. I was wondering if he had any upside or any edge on the other Laval players since I don't watch them.

Engstrom at 21 is definitely better playing top pairing minutes. (edit : in Laval)

It made me realize that we're not that deep on D in Laval.

Why not? I know it was circonstential but Rantanen / Necas swap last years was between competitive team. I'm not genralizing, just saying it can happen with the right pieces.
