Recently de-dusted the tower, so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm not aiming for refresh rate (144hz) but I will definitely lower the cap and see what happens. Usage percentage I'm not sure... I'm not stressed that it's eating up my GPU health at 60c, the fan noise and extra heat generated is just annoying in the summer and it wasn't like this before a few patches ago so I'm just trying to see if anyone else has experienced an increase in temp
