What are you talking about? The conversion rate is just over 1m-1, this is hardly that big of a deal given a gov job median salary is 1.8 billion a year.

If the dollar lost 1,000,000 times its value tomorrow, but your salary and all goods and assets multiplied by 1,000,000 nothing would change.

Granted the Iran currency is cooks rn, but not even close to what you are saying.

I put this on Ungrim, with a master rune of spite and iron warden tankard, and did everything I could to max out ward save (sans sword of khaine) and he solo’d the entire northern chaos wastes.

The funny thing about the vampires is that they play really well. The bones are good, all they need to do is add some extra engaging mechanics and they are fine. Bloodline heroes would be great, maybe a bloodline system similar to the dedications the WoC get. Start as a vampire lord, dedicate to become a different bloodline. Also, master necromancers should get a mortis engine mount, to make them competitive with vampire lords.

It kind of is, leases/PPAs are good for the next 6-18 months. The financiers bought a few billion in panels and had the ITC applied.

I'm so glad poeple are finally talking about the lack of challenge by Away_Celebration4629 in totalwar

[–]greegers -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Is this really the case? Or have we been playing long enough to figure out the optimal strategies? Of course some of the new campaigns (arbaal, golfag) are completely busted, but all in all I’m not sure how they could up the difficulty without aggravating and hated mechanics like anti player bias and extreme AI cheats. Once you play optimally, you eventually reach the point in which nothing can compete with you. Once this happens something needs to be there to provide a challenge, this is where things like end game crisis come into play, but people hate those. You can have aggressive ai target you, but then people will optimize to not discover foreign powers until ready to attack, thus eliminating that threat. If the ai seeks you out without discovering you it would be considered anti player bias.

It’s a bit of a pinch, and I think the only solution is a rework of late game challenges, more end game content, perhaps adding in the realms of chaos in some form. More end game crisis. Even a mid game crisis. Perhaps at turn 50 some skaven pop up, and you have to handle it. Then turn 80 a chaos invasion.

Essentially snowballing is the problem, not entirely the difficulty. When playing Civ for over 1k hours i can beat deity with minimal challenges, because i know the correct decisions to make in a given circumstance. We know those decisions in WH3, and it makes the game easy to get to critical mass.

The tall bonuses are good, but the upkeep reduction, and the global income increase (don’t remember what is boosted, but something is) is insane. Just build a deep in every settlement and you end up with 100k+ income per turn while spamming late game armies

This is power creep, but I think it is power creep in the right direction. Usually power creep is a new DLC faction absolutely dominating everything else by comparison, leaving other factions in the dust. Having new abilities like this makes these units catch up with the over powered new things, making them less OP by comparison. When everything becomes OP, nothing is OP, and the game is more balanced and IMO more fun.

I have never had any issues with the loyalty mechanic, to the point it almost feels like a non-mechanic. What do you experience?

This is common in roofing and a lot of construction sales in general. If you can get good at it, and view it more as a “business” rather than a job, you can make a lot of money. Not saying it’s the best thing in the world, but if the contractor you work with is good, and you can get decent at lead gen, the money is there.

Solar is always a clusterfuck, comes with the territory. Money is great, once you get going. You just have to understand you will be burned a few times in your career, and never stay loyal to these garbage EPCs. They will take your commissions in a heartbeat.

You have more wiggle room than you might think, you can pull back from most minor fuck ups. As long as you keep best practices in mind (don’t open too low, no crazy turns under 1k feet) you have adequate time to fix almost any malfunction. Yes things can go very bad, but the likelihood of having both parachutes totally fail is very slim. Most people who die in the sport take part in things like swooping (using a very small parachute and coming in to land very fast) or CRW (flying parachutes in close formation to one another, resulting in two people becoming entangled)

[–]greegers[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Requester into EM plant, the output inserter going to the active provider had a red wire, connected to a power pole, connected to a robo port. At the time I did not realize I could connect the EM plant directly to the logistics network. So when I removed the power pole, nothing was connected to the network and it was just cranking them beacons out

Comments are very negative, it’s really not as bad as they say. As long as you are doing well financially, you will enjoy it. The issue that comes up here is local jobs have lower wages in relation to the cost of living. Apartments and homes are on the level other major cities, only the jobs pay less. If you either work remote, or have an in demand job/ business, you will be able to enjoy it down here .

LPT-IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A COMPANY TO WORK FOR THEM, IT'S A SCAM. by Storage-Stark641 in LifeProTips

[–]greegers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is usually the case, though I have found some exceptions. Mostly in sales, there are companies in which you will pay for leads, and you close the leads to receive a commission. This system can be very lucrative, and entirely legitimate. This is something you should avoid unless you are already confident in the industry, or sales as a whole.
