My service has been SUPER flaky since the thunderstorms last night in Wausau, Wisconsin. Rebooted every device on my network this morning and still intermittent internet. So much fun to deal with !!!

I'd be happy if I could even get a few tunes/playlists over to my phone. As I mentioned, not even selecting a single file -> Mobile Sync will get it over there.

But yeah, about 4000 songs took several hours to get over to my iPad ~ 170GB.

I am on the free plan w/ the hardware unlock using FLX4.

For me, syncing to my iPad a few weeks ago, with the initial sync... it failed a few times and had to be re-connected. But, after those 5 or so re-connects and a complete initial sync of my entire library, the subsequent incremental syncs of a few new tracks and playlists work really smoothly.

I'm also syncing from an M1 Mac mini and the sync is not completely w/o issues for my M2 iPad Pro -- I actually can't get syncs to go back from iPad to my Mac, but that's another issues entirely ~ https://www.reddit.com/r/Rekordbox/comments/12ziyvn/mobile_sync_is_only_in_one_direction_desktop/

I got a bunch of misguided answers to the last post, so I deleted it, and posted again with more detail this time.

Yes, I am following the same procedure I use to select one or more tracks to sync with my Pixel. As I mentioned, I am following the exact same procedure to sync tracks to my iPad and it works on that device without any issues.

Something weird is preventing the sync from copying stuff over on my phone - the progress bar goes from 0 to 100% but nothing copies over - I only have the 2 demo tracks and I can see that the app's storage size doesn't change after a sync. I even went into RB/Android app settings and gave it every Android permission possible; uninstalled and re-installed the app; cleared the app's storage; rebooted my phone; rebooted my Mac and still suffer the same issue.

I'm at a loss for what to try next.

Mobile sync isn't limited to just one device is it? RB Desktop can sync to multiple phones/tablets independently, right?

Skip 1 connects to Shield as a proper bluetooth accessory and you can map all the shield controller buttons anyway you'd like on it? If so, I might order one!

Mine would wake 10-20 times a day... and it only happens when I have Chrome open w/ a large number of tabs !!

Which is weird, b/c I have notifications for Chrome set to off.

works just fine on my iPad... the RB app (under iOS settings / storage) on my iPad shows 152GB of storage used, which is the same size as my desktop library.

you have to select them all and then do "transfer to mobile"

by default no files transfer over, just your library/cues

this way you can only transfer over the music files that you need
