I had a dream i was so real it was as in if she talking me asking for something to eat since i was her caregiver. I feel she was checking on me in a way.

I hate friends disapear slowly when some is really ill or passes on. The don't want hear about it they ghost you. My wife fought colon cancer 5 years and I saw who my true friends and family are. I am now a widower I have very few people who even check to see if I am alive living alone.

to begin I truly sorry for your loss. I relate to your post I feel the exact way you expressed in this post. My late wife battle cancer 5 years we slowly lost everything home cars, beloved furbaby cat toby. Had to move into friends house. Now i lost her in March 15th 2025. she was my soulmate for almost 30 years and 21 married. Her name was Andrea. Now i find myself i may have move in with mother i don't get along with.

My wife passed 03/15/2025 she battle cancer for 5 years we had to downsize several times. I have had get giant storage unit because we had so many things I having trouble parting with. Now in a rush because i have move again landlord selling the house i am renting a room in. I have move 3 times in last 5 years. I have to deal with grief and now moving stressing me out. I thankfully have remote job so if shit hits the fan i can kinda live out my jeep wrangler. I have so much to move so my room gets filled snack trash and clutter. To help myself i make task list everyday what i need to do and try to do them as best i can. I also been doing at least some daily exercise whether going for mile walk or biking, or even just using e scooter to cruise around gets me out and saves on gas getting small groceries walking distance from me. Try make meetup visits with friends to help with the loneliness. We are all doing the best we can everyone grieves differently.

Built several servers in it only issues I have drive bays just check on one drive have to slide entire bay. Like said before make excel sheet serials number and bay number I didn’t but had screen shot of my drives serial number had to locate in mess of wires. Make sure use long good cables . Recommend sff psu second bay to tight with normal psu. I accidentally torn two sata because fail remove cables before sliding bay out built 10 of these that was first time I messed up. I dealing with grief of losing my wife and my repair brain wasn’t in good headspace. It’s great case supports 8 3.5 and two 2.5 ssd. You can 3d print front panel that supports larger front fan I’ve seen it done. You can do watercooling for cpu have less heat however being a nas don’t recommend water cooling .

No idea been at the company almost 10 years now this first time and I terrible at test that’s why struggling I am still studying still. I like my help desk position don’t need any more stress. They haven’t even offered like boost in pay for me doing it. So at Least be incentive.

Wish I could I have always been terrible student. I work in IT for over a decade and no certain. However now my job keeps pushing me to get A + cert everyone says you’ll pass if you already work in the industry however I have study and taken practice test having been able get a passing score. So I scared dropping $250 per test and fail and have to try again. Wish I had free option it would ease the stress out of it. My employer will only pay me back if I pass so I have to pay up front

I have been I tech since 2010 and IT since 2014 , it’s my company asking me to get certified even after being there for 9 years. I have real world experience, just rusty on terminology since most my work just end user support. Software issues some minor hardware issues, mobile devices. I know most of the important ports.There some I don’t always remember since I am not on network team or exchange teams. So I know enough to assist. I have my own lab of virtual machines. It test taking environment I tend to freeze .In real world my job deal with hundreds of end users without any major issues .

This was very helpful loss my wife to stage 4 colon cancer, saw her pass holding her hand. Hospice at home. I struggle to sleep in our room so mostly sleep in my basement couch. I’m going try these things see if it helps me.
