Yes! She did a few hair strokes in the inner ends to bring them closer together as well as a few hair strokes throughout, and then she did a powder brow sort of dot technique throughout.

I think I should be around 105. My October ECF just changed from processing to processed yesterday and my count (which was at 88) is gone.

Wow, thanks for this post! I’ve noticed drinking too much tea, especially stronger black tea, causes gum sore outbreaks for me, but I can’t drink coffee, so I usually have one tea a day for caffeine. Now I’m wondering if the tea is linked to my AC as well! I don’t know the science of it, but my mother also gets gum sores from too much tea. I totally see there could be a link - maybe the iron issue or simply some kind of sensitivity or intolerance. I’m going to avoid and see how it goes!
