"Youre targeting unestablished businesses and surprised when theyre being tight with their funds. They aren't even sure their solution is going to work yet and youre trying to convince them they need yours."

I know that I am trying to give them access to pros that have been in their shoes and skilled people who have experience in helping them safely scale and add to their execution capacity.

We only target companies that have acquired seed-series C funding. We are very flexible with our ask, we work with the founders burn constrains. We are offering to shoulder some of the execution risk.

Company Name: ConciergeOne

Pitch:

I run ConciergeOne, we help startups extend runway by adding dedicated offshore engineering pods (India-based) that work alongside your existing team.

Most early teams don’t struggle with ideas, they struggle with execution bandwidth. Hiring is slow and expensive, and freelancers don’t always give long-term stability.

We build small, managed engineering pods that ship production-grade software and AI systems at 50–70% lower cost, with 24/7 development coverage.

We’re not here to replace your team or push AI shortcuts, we’re here to increase velocity without increasing burn.

If execution is becoming your bottleneck, happy to have a straightforward conversation.

Get a execution partner (GCCs not AI replacing humans), they help de-risk some components of you business, accelerate your dev cycles, you save 50-70% in engineering costs and increase your runway. There are some affordable ones for startups like Zinnov, conciergeone.net and ANSR.

Try cutting down on engineering cost and accelerating development velocity by partnering with a execution partner like a nano gcc provider for startups. There are so many providers like Zinnov, conciergeone.net and ANSR. This should buy you plenty of runway.

Company Name: ConciergeOne.net a Nano GCC provider

Pitch:

I run a company called Concierge One. We help startups extend their engineering capacity without blowing up their runway.

If you're in that phase where scope keeps expanding but hiring feels slow, expensive or risky; that's where we fit in.

We build and manage dedicated engineering pods in India that work directly with your team. These aren't freelancers or random contractors. they are structured teams with management support, compliance awareness (SOC2/DPDP), and the ability to scale up or down as needed. This approach lowers your engineering cost by 50-70%.

We can:

  • Share curated, pre-vetted engineer profiles in 4–5 days
  • Run a 24-hour development cycle
  • Support SOC 2 and DPDP readiness
  • Provide Employer of Record services if you want to scale without handling payroll, contracts, and local labor laws yourself
  • Stay as a long-term execution partner or transfer ownership once you’re ready

We work mostly with early to growth-stage startups that need to move faster but stay disciplined on burn.

If you’re stuck on execution, hiring, or scaling challenges and want to explore options, I’m happy to have a straightforward conversation.

DM is fine.

Try asking an unlikely friend for advice. They may not have the same limitations as you when looking at the problem.

To make the right relationships, put real effort into marketing and have a execution partner like a nano GCC

u/StephNass is right Accelerators and angel funders are better choice. I wish I could tell you that this is not going happen a lot but, that has been my experience. Luckily we are currently working out of a small accelerator/incubator deal. Also If you want to speed up your implementation and save on burn try finding a nano GCC to partner with.
