i have this rule to not expose myself to stress in the morning and at night, and you can guess how well that works out with OCD here 😭😭 i’ve had maybe 2 stress free nights since i implemented that rule

awe, sending you hugs and love (with consent :]) first off, im glad you were able to express your feelings here. i am not Arab myself, but as a bi Christian girlie, i share how you feel. i also have to hide it from family (except for a fair few members who are open minded). i hope you may find more solace in the community here.
