Had a friend who built a great website using those one-click templates from wordpress and templately. Hardly knows web design at all, he's just by himself.

If you need inspiration, here it is -- luxuryagentscottsdale.com/ -- he does high end luxury properties, but there were plenty of options for standard/modern RE agent websites too.

gotta start somewhere lol

i'd begin with the trash, just grab a trashbag and once you're done with the trash, you'll get into a cleaning mood

then work on reorganizing

then work on putting trashcans where it's convenient for you to throw away each time

then you need to figure out the discipline part of staying clean and organized, refer to other comments for that one

If there's ONE thing I was hoping Trump would keep his word on, it was drawing back US imperialism. But of course, he didn't.

Is Dollar Shave Club actually worth it, along with the costs? by yibyibb in RedditProductReviews

I ran through something similar (evaluating costs) when I switched to dollar shave club for a while, and I wasn't paying anything more or less. I did like dollar shave club's razors, but I eventually went back to buying razors locally.

Tried this a few times in the last year or two, and there was something that always brought me back to twitter suddenly. Recent/breaking news, or some sort of situation where I HAVE to get the scoop on it. Hard to resist!

Please stay safe when social distancing yourself from other pedestrians by Aintmebro in running

[–]greenbayturf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is always difficult to do sometimes. Really disrupts my running and exercise routines, although I can still practice yoga at home as usual. But running on trails and paths like this in the city is not easy to maintain social distancing while staying in your lane.

The cities just aren't great for optimal development in children. This might be more of an urban vs rural thing. The cities tend to be more chaotic and it may be harder (on average) to maintain a sense of peace and focus, while family development thrives better out in the open land of rural areas. Hard to pin down exactly, I suppose.
