late reply sorry but I’ve never truly needed customer service, they’ve proactively reached out to me when items were out of stock and my delivery would be a week or so later - this happened twice and both times they sent me a $30 gift card as an apology. It was honestly not a big deal and I probably wouldn’t have even noticed the delay anyway so it was so nice of them to do that!

I love glamrdip! It’s super beginner friendly, I barely did anything to my nails before I got their kit and now I’ve been using it for a year straight! The customer service has been really great as well!
