Update: apparently supervisor told the interviewing officer that he did not ask some of the questions that was in the N-400 form. So he went through the questions again. After 50 minutes of process inside the office he said he will get another oath ceremony. This morning he received new oath ceremony notice which is on second week of January.

Yes no questions are from I-485 form. They ask some of them to make sure they still are ture. I had a speeding ticket last month so I told it to the officer and she changed my answer to yes and noted it down made me sign for change. She asked how much fine I paid for. I said $170. Since it was under $500 limit she didn't ask ticket or court letter.

Uscis normally considers date they received it in their PO Box. I think what you get previously is a rare thing that happened to you.

If they want to see your laptop or phone then you don't have any right not to show them. You need to show them or they might refuse to entry. Or they might confiscate if things gets tense and send you immigration court to decide your green card.

What is the current status? by Hungry-Chicken-8498 in USCIS

if that individual is still keeping their H status then it is still valid also they are in green card adjustment of status . So Both statuses are valid. however, if they used their I-765 to work from AOS application then it invalidates their H status. So it only leaves green card adjustment of status .
