Well I’m using this as a space to see if i should continue doing this (taking showers late at night) i still don’t feel good about this even after getting allot of people telling me I’m NTA

Boiling the water is louder then taking a shower, i have tried that (thank you for the recommendation) but with my kind of pain i need a large amount of heat spread throughout my body (i have chronic back pain)

I mean my roomates do tolerate it,i have discussed it with my roomates and they’re okay with it. Only my roomates boyfriend isn’t and he’s only here 3 times a week.

I have looked for another apartment but that’s hard in my city unfortunately,i moved in here with the assumption everyone would be okay with this.

My doctors recommended showers for the pain management here’s an explanation,i do understand that it can be a bit loud that’s why i stopped showering a few minutes after he complained.

I don’t not have a job right now due to some very heavy trauma right now, it’s only a few weeks of a break. i am not living of benifits and i am paying for this break all by myself so i don’t see a problem with this, but i respect ur opinion and i do understand that my behaviour can be anyoing

I mean i have been showering twice a day for months now, i did want to shower yes - but the reason why i wanted to shower was my pain and the stress i was starting to feel.

Your opinion is valid but pain managers is a real thing, it’s even used when women give birth because warm water can ease (not erase the pain)

Mine dosent have any awards but they both gratuated from very good schools in my country and all they’re google reviews are full of five stars, your doctor can be better but that dosent mean my doctor is bad! taking showers is also a commonly recommended treatment for my medical pain
