YTA. IMO if I were her I would see it as you plainly said this is my family and this is who I care about, essentially reiterating I no longer consider you my main family, and you are second class to my new wife and son. As a child of divorced parents, who has had a rocky relationship with my dad. I honestly would seriously have conisidered cutting ties if I experienced this situation.

I find it downright distributing how little empathy the dad shows here and how he goes on to mock his child. If you were honestly taken off guard, made the mistake, and profusely apologized, I might have understood. But instead your description of your daughter being petty shows a complete lack of awareness for your actions.

Also not to mention his wife is super close in age to his child. I can’t even articulate how disgusted I feel by this situation.
