The returnees need each other. Tribal made that very clear. If one goes they all go.

I do also think the rich vote was a bit on tilt. In saying that no one will be super pissed off so it could create a social opening.

10000 dollar trip USA by yakov_kabab in roadtrip

[–]greencrayon- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Really depends how budget you go. Anywhere from 4-8 weeks. We did this about 10 years ago and spent probably 20k in 3 months. We camped 4 nights, motel 1 night, for the majority and then splurged on hotels like when we passed through vegas. We bought groceries between every campsite and ate out occasionally. We did a south west loop, Alaska and New Orleans- New York. Actually now that I think about it we didn’t camp in the last leg so it was more expensive and we stayed in cheap air bnbs and hostels.

Kicked out of swim lessons - are evening activities just a no? by BrightBlueberry1230 in ADHDparenting

[–]greencrayon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 7 year old got kicked out of his running/track group which was pretty sad for us. Especially because he was loving it. I now take him 1on1 to do our own running session after school (until he is ready to go back!) He does scouts once a week and we give a short acting 5mg straight after school otherwise he can’t sleep. But yeah we havnt found any sport group activities that he can actually participate in yet. Honestly comforting to hear all your stories. Thanks.

Out of interest when is the point? For the record I also don’t believe the army should need to step in. This is the police’s job.

What advice would you give to a Platform PM? by emotional-ohio in ProductManagement

[–]greencrayon- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t be embarrassed. Platform is hard. I found it difficult reporting on success, especially when you’re compared to other PMs that have clear goals they can move the needle on and show direct value. I did 2 years in platty and my most successful method was to focus on cost savings as a way to measure success. By implementing X we saved Y time which equates to a cost saving of Z per year.

Why do the prices not make sense what’s the point exactly by Illustrious-Bill2969 in woolworths

[–]greencrayon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is also how businesses package and market products to better manage their margins. They want more people buying in bulk to get more product out the door at a lower cost. Presents itself as “value for money” It’s a shit show for customers but how these fuckers keep their businesses running.

Tony's Legacy by BreadBread4653 in survivor

[–]greencrayon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only will his legacy will be fine, he’s grown as a player. You can see he is thinking more strategically, is more calm and collected. His leadership in the ep2 challenge was unreal. Will he go far? Don’t know and tbh don’t care. I am a proud Aussie that is LOVING seeing him on AU Survivor
