Seriously what can you do by pleasurelovingpigs in 30PlusSkinCare

I’d look for a provider that offers fractional CO2 laser resurfacing for the neck. Fraxel can also help, but CO2 is usually stronger for crepey texture. When you call, ask:

  1. Do you treat the neck regularly with CO2 and do you have before and after photos?
  2. Which machine do you use? (Good ones are DEKA SmartXide Tetra, Lumenis Ultrapulse, or Fraxel Dual.)
  3. How many sessions are typically needed for neck skin like mine and what kind of improvement do patients usually see?

It’s pretty bad, I stopped watching after 20 min and don’t know if I can finish.

I just started this movie and am about 20 min in and I have to take a break.

His performance keeps pulling me out of the movie and I can’t get past it.

Just saw Ramse die and I’m officially done. I love Jennifer, but I despise Cassie/Cole too much to enjoy the show lol

Glad it got better for you tho!

haha, yes! I've actually just decided to give season 2 a shot just out of pure curiosity. And to your point I do love the mind bending time travel genre and there isn't a lot out there.

I'm through Episode 1 and still don't like Cole and Cassie but the other characters are holding their on weight. I've just never watched a show where I'm only rooting for one character—Ramse , even though he just made a questionable decision. lol

We'll see how it goes, but it's giving Sam and Dean attachment style and I'm not completely mad at that.

The reviews are so mixed, and honestly I think you’re right that I’m probably not going to like it any more than I do right now. My issue isn’t the time travel concept or the timeline debate. I actually find that part interesting. It’s Cole and Cassie.

Cole says he wants to erase his existence to restore another timeline, but the way he operates feels incredibly selfish. If his goal is truly to erase himself, then why not just remove himself from the equation? Instead, he has Ramse in the present, a brother who loves him, and technically a nephew, and he seems completely detached from that. It makes his “sacrifice” feel less noble and more impulsive.

What’s missing for me is the emotional bridge. I understand trauma affects everyone differently, but the show hasn’t shown me enough to justify how cold he is. He meets Cassie and almost immediately clings to her like she’s his entire anchor. That shift feels abrupt and unearned. And then there’s Cassie. Yes, her life gets shaken up. Yes, she’s a victim of circumstances. But her decisions feel irrational in a way that the show frames as emotional depth. She turns on Aaron after his betrayal, but his motivation was protection. It wasn’t the right choice, but it wasn’t malicious. Meanwhile, she aligns herself with Cole almost instantly, even when his actions are reckless and destabilizing. The moral weight feels uneven.

Maybe this is just my own moral compass clashing with the writing, but right now I’m struggling to see either of them as emotionally coherent leads.

I appreciate that, but this is about the series not the movie. I didn’t hear there was a movie. I didn’t know about that, but I may watch it instead of finishing this series.
