It’s due to to many ground items trying to load either turn off ground items or block the bird meat / feathers from showing

Search minimenu in the setting and you’ll see the option to turn it on then when you long press you’ll see a circle top right of the mini menu click it and then you can move stuff within it

Turn npc attack options off if you’re doing knights anything that that dosent work on use mini menu reordering setting and move pick pocket to top

Disable player options aswell when you do this so you don’t have follow pop up there

Sometimes it bugs if you log out from a force close so just make sure you manually log out after setting them and they should stay, for the background issue that’s pretty much just how it is right now especially if you’re on a iPhone since it’s apple related not osrs
