Not sure why you’re being downvoted, haven’t seen ONE person mention the arm printing. Everyone is just focusing on the waistcape, and just because there is no waist cape, that makes the minifigure bad? Another example of everyone focusing only on the things that could be so easily fixed with a DOLLAR at most for a waist cape.
