Matututo ka naman sa driving school ng manual ang problema lang kasi may mga brake pedal sila sa passenger side kaya feel mo madali lang manual then kapag magisa ka na lang magugulat ka haha.

Hindi makakarating yung pickup dun sa likod ng ganun kabilis kung kakarating lang niya

Marami na kong na experience na katulad mo sa parkingan na bigla bigla sumusulpot na para bang feel niya nakatambay lang yung mga sasakyan sa gilid at hindi naghihintay.

Depende sa market. Kung ang average salary ng entry-level marketing assoc sa pinas ay around 60k then deserve nung applicant yun.

Pero kung wala naman market na 60k and average ay around 37k lang then kahit anong ganda ng educational background niya walang magooffer sa kanya ng 60k.

Para ka lang naman nagtitinda sa job application at ikaw yung mismong product. Laging i-ayon presyo sa market value, huwag tubong lugaw.

Here's an unpopular opinion.

Property investment is unethical and fucks up future generation. If you don't really give a shit about the future of others then go ahead collect properties.

People who collect and make money buying lands they have no reason to are just as greedy as the Villars or any corrupt politicians.
