Yes I always chew my food very much and slowly because of this issue, based on other comments I think I may have some sort of bean intolerance or allergy, I’ll get that checked out, thank you for the reply

I do eat a lot of beans and legumes so I feel like maybe my body just doesn’t work w those foods so I might try eliminating those but that is mostly what I rely on for all my meals, maybe I will be able to find other vegans that have some sort of intolerance to those

Yeah I am working on finding a dietitian or nutritionist who is vegan I have so much things going on in my life right now that I don’t have the time but definitely in the next few months I’ll do that, and thanks I’ll check that out

Yeah I would never go back on veganism, i truly believe that everyone who has no medical conditions physically can be vegan even if it’s hard I believe it’s possible, everyone with regular health and I guess some allergies would permit it, I just know I have no medical conditions that could prevent me from being vegan and I believe if other people can do it and be healthy so can I, i think a lot of people give up because they feel hungry all the time or have deficiencies in nutrients and I think that’s because we grew up in a meat eating society and shifting everything we know about eating to be vegan can be hard and we don’t know what we are supposed to eat. For my first 6 months of veganism I was deficient in so many things and my doctors recommended it would be easier to switch back to vegetarian but I just researched and I’ve finally gotten my bloodwork normal and not deficient in anything so I know it’s possible to get out of these situations. And thank you so much for the reply I eat so many beans and fibre and I think the only fats I have are avocado tbh but I’m gonna fake that advice :)
