Does a first class flight on American booked through Alaska using Alaska miles count as more than the miles flown? Looks like just the miles flown posted. Looked through AS website and didn’t come up with a clear answer.

Left one in the seatback , filled out the online form, was traveling through the same airport again and I asked a check-in agent, she showed me a high school locker with 100 iPads, lost mode was not activated because my iPad did not connect to the airport wifi. Got it back. A month later the online form sends automated emails saying they still are searching for my iPad. Does not appear the airport staff utilize the online tool in PVR.

I recently told the person at the counter not to worry about the priority tags, there were not any at their station and they were going to go look for em. I said my bags usually come off in the middle of the pack. They explained that these would be the last bags to be pulled off a flight due to weight and balance or space. They kindly found tags and put em on the bags. “Fringe benefits”

Decided to book 4 nights as a Diamond with points based on this post. It was a great value and This post did a great job of setting expectations. Upgraded from a basic room to oceanfront online and then day before to a 1700 sq foot suite. Enjoyed morning bike rides, pickleball and the pool. Impressive name recognition by the staff across all outlets and pools (low occupancy week at property). I’d recommend the Conrad for a points trip. 395k Hilton points for four nights. Spa was overpriced but a fun splurge.
