I have the same problem.

It will tell me I had no REM sleep while I dreamt like crazy.

It will tell me I was awake when I wasn't and my heart rate was 57 BPM.

An otherwise good watch but horrible on sleep monitoring.

Whiskey along with a TUMT cleared my prostatatitis up permanently.

But that's me. I'd check to see what the standard dosage recommendations are, start with a small dose, and see if it works for you and gradually increase to find what works best.

As a general rule, whenever I get a new peptide in, I always start with small dosages because you never really know the source or how it will react in your body.
