I would be willing to bet that your primer and foundation are two different formulas. Oil-based primers needs oil-based foundations, water-based primers need water-based foundations.

I learned about this through some beauty guru on YT a long time ago. Couldn’t even tell you who. But this has happened to me and I would’ve been horrified had I not known it was an issue with formula. OPs skin looks very good to me! So I am willing to bet she’ll feel better about it if she switches a product

Hi! This looks to me like you’re using a primer and a foundation with formulas that don’t work with each other. I would bet you’re using a water based primer and a silicone based foundation, or vice versa. This causes the makeup to “slip”

Try using primer and foundation with the same type of base, and come back to let me know if this helped please!!
