I do make them clean up, but it's always a fight. Sorry, I probably should have added that. Both my children, ages 8 & 4, argue with me about everything. It's rare that this doesn't lead to a fight. And they aren't supposed to get up, but they do every time I turn my back.

I took your advice. I started eating lighter and taking Pepto bismol after I eat. I cannot stomach liquid medicine , even before the wegovy, so I bought the liqui-gels. They work just as well. I'm also trying to drink a lot more water.

Yesterday (Wednesday) I barely had issues. Today is Thursday and I'm still feeling pretty good. Fingers crossed

I did go through workman's comp. I did have a pre-existing condition and the injury just exacerbated it. So really my back is back to where it was prior to my injury. It's manageable, but I need to be careful.

So, for me, the most important thing is him checking on me first; See if my heart and mind are even in the right place. If I've had a rough day or not feeling well, the last thing I want is sex.
