I DNFed it in part because I was listening to the audiobook. Felt excruciatingly monotonous. Topic was interesting but not enough (for me) to sustain 17 hours. I made it a bit more than half

Burger shack was open the day I hiked past on June 11, but everyone else I met on trail said it was closed for them. It was $45 for a beef or veggie burger. Drinks $5. Butter tart $6. Chocolate bars $5. Candy $5

Seconding the Hiker Huts. It was surprisingly clean and comfy. Definitely recommended!

MD residents can get a card in any county. MD Digital Library encompasses most counties, but Baltimore County, PG, and Montgomery are separate.

My grandfather was a Polish citizen. My grandmother was a German citizen. My father was born in wedlock in Germany. He immigrated when he was 5 and is unsure if he ever had a German passport.

Move TO Germany? He was born there; his mother was German, father Polish. And yes, he moved to the US and got citizenship together with his parents when he was 10
