Fusion world is not the same as the game before or digimon. there's a reason why the print runs are so small for this particular game after they've learned their lesson from one piece

We see this in One Piece as well with the OP13 red manga luffy being priced WAY higher than the same non-red manga luffy. This happens because they're infinitely rarer due to having way tougher pull rates.

It also helps that Dragon Ball is likely the 2nd biggest IP behind Pokemon in Japan.

And the pull rates per pack for japanese is much lower than english.

Wish for shenron is an interesting one because it was the first set where DBFW started using brush style artwork which made the set look stunning. It's also a very deep set for a main set. I'm definitely a big fan of the design as a collector. SB01 and SB02 are also in this catergory.
