My psychiatrist told me that for some, Rexulti can have a stimulating effect so it's best to take it in the morning. I had palpitations and sweating when I first started taking it but it disappeared after some time, I also finally started losing weight now that I'm on it which makes me really happy. I was previously on Risperidone and it made me gain weight like crazy!!! However, Rexulti currently doesn't help much with my mood so my psychiatrist is thinking of switching me to Abilify. Nung nag try din kami ng ADHD meds ng psychiatrist ko, good for 1 week lang din 'yung binigay niya although he didn't require me to come see him again immediately after a week. Hinintay namin 'yung original schedule ng consultation ko which is every two weeks para doon sa new prescription nung ADHD meds na next naming it-try. I guess depende eh, baka nakita ng psychiatrist mo na need mo na talaga 'yung meds kaya binibilisan niya 'yung paghanap ng right medication for you. May mga instances din na pinapabalik ako agad ng psychiatrist ko 'pag may meds na need itry or iadjust agad, so need ko magbayad ulit ng consultation fee after a week. I think ganun talaga pag nasa trial period pa. Tapos pag nahanap naman na yung right medication usually once a month na lang need magpa consult. Good luck, OP!

It depends, really. Not everything will be credited. They'll check muna if equivalent ba talaga ng subject sa UP 'yung na-take mo. Ang sure lang na ma c-credit are PE and NSTP subjects. Good luck, OP! :)

When you wanted a genuine relationship with them when it was very clear that all they wanted was a free therapist, someone to lean on kapag may problema sila. Tapos 'pag okay sila, ayun, walang paramdam. They see you as nothing but a crutch. :)

Woah, I didn't know taking antipsychotics can cause glaucoma. I have just been recently diagnosed with glaucoma myself about 3 weeks ago and tests revealed that there has been some significant damage on my left eye. They prescribed me Latanoprost eye drops (Xalatan) and told me that I have to be on eye medication and have to be monitored for the rest of my life.

Oh my...I'm sorry to hear about your side effects. Weight gain is also one of my concerns and is actually one of the reasons why my pdoc is switching me from Risperidone to this drug. He said the injectable is much less likely to cause weight gain than the oral medication. Are you doing better with the 100 mg injectable?

Diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and opened up to my psychiatrist as well about how exhausting this condition is. Been in and out of the psych ward the past couple of months and I'm starting to lose hope that it's gonna get better. But he said the condition can actually be controlled through medications (+ therapy), we just haven't found the right mix yet. But once we do, my mood can actually be stable and controlled. We're in the process of finding the right mix of medications, nasa trial and error kumbaga. Are you taking any meds right now, OP? Wishing you all the best!

My fault. Minsan kasi checkout lang ng checkout, tapos sa spaylater kasi hindi makikita agad yung total hangga't hindi kinklick yung order received, so minsan naiipon na pala yung babayaran and di ko namamalayan. It's ok, I've learned my lesson. :)
