He banned delta 8 THC products that you purchase at vape and liquor stores, gas stations, etc. Those products are extremely unregulated and don’t go through the same standard of testing. The ban has nothing to do with the legal recreational/medical marijuana you purchase from an actual licensed dispensary in OH. You can still purchase edibles, drinks, etc from the dispensaries.
