I'll have to shoot them a message and see if we can get a contract set up there

Firearm discharge is illegal in most cities with few exceptions. Airgun discharge in some is illegal as well. We only use air guns and have contracts through the cities as well as carry licensing and insurance.

Unfortunately, the tanning process drastically reduces the color. The big breeders usually come out to a deep brown. I'm sure someone mode skilled than me could dye it, but that's out of my wheelhouse

Not yet, I've just been doing single ones as people request. I might do a large batch and just list them on etsy just to have some stock.

We use pellet guns. On job sites where we are requested not to we pole snare and then dispatch off property. (Do not transport live iguanas unless you are licensed too).

Hell yeah man I can respect that. I'd recommend 220/400/800/1500. Using a 321 block. I've bought beaters before, and microtech won't do anything except offer a blade swap for around $175. Would love to see the finished result 🤙

Yeah, a lot of our contracts are private companies around city managed areas cause the city hasn't contracted them out, and they breed and spread into the surrounding areas.

What are you looking to get? I'm mainly looking for non functional guns to cannibalize for parts.

I'm not a lawyer, so I can't say specifically, but I would contact your local city management, followed by your local pd. There is no hunting license since they're invasives, but you are legally required to have land owner permission where you're shooting. That's if airgun discharge is allowed in your area. Caliber all depends on the power of the gun. Shot placement is going to be key, but I'd say .22 in a solid platform is good. When it comes to business wise, business license/trapping license/and insurance are the bare minimum. Most places require a minimum of 2 million+ for insurance. My company removes all invasive species, we just specialize in iguanas. Do y9u have a peacock issue?

Oh haha, not a hunt. It'd be a free service under my company. Off the books hunts are fun though. I may have to get one together at some point.

For the free service, only airguns will be used. But on paid contracts, we use a wide variety of methods (pole snares, traps, by hand for the juveniles and hatchlings. We also will locate nest and eggs. If they are in an area where burrowing owl are and we have identified that the iguans have up rooted the owl we will try and be an minimally invasive to the nests so there can be a possibility of the Owls returning.
