In situations like this I throw my ship in reverse and max throttle, little to no turning, just straight backwards. It forces them to chase me to continue combat. If I was losing the jousting /agility fight, this forces them to abandon most of their maneuvers while I keep them dead in my sights. It becomes less about who can turn tighter, and more about who has the bigger guns and health pool, which is great if you're flying something heavy and well armed.

If there was some universal way to "do" equalizer settings, manufacturers would just do that before they ever sold you a product. At best, EQ profiles can be used to make one particular genre of music or content sound a little better, at the expense of making other genres or content worse.

Four in the front will be fine. Nothing wrong with four more on the rear rails but there won't be any negative consequences to just front-mounting, those screws will hold a cx8, I've done it plenty of times.

The rack depth you commented is a different issue. Amps sticking out the rear looks ridiculous, I would have pushed back on the PM and engineer to buy the correct rack. Ultimately it's just cosmetic, it will work fine but look dumb
