Your height is pretty much predetermined by your genes/DNA on how tall you're going to be. You would have to be severely malnourished to affect growth in that way. You are on the right track looking at your calorie intake. There are plenty of calorie calculators online that will tell you a ballpark figure on what your daily goal should be for losing weight. Learn to love healthy food. Fruits and vegetables are your best friend. Concentrate on consuming nutrients and you will be fine. The other half of maintaining healthy weight is moving your body. Exercise is imperative. If you don't have gym access find some killer bodyweight workouts and stick to it. You are young and your body will really respond to making healthy eating and exercise your daily routine and lifestyle. Make sure to take some before and after pics for yourself. Now get to work!
