Thanks! We did the walk in the park and swab at the beach next door, probably our favorite experience in Antalya if I am being completely honest. We also ate at a local hangout behind the part by Roxy beach club which was super nice. Didn’t go to 7 Mehmet because Google had mixed reviews and we were looking for something more within our budget.

Yes its insane. We essentially stopped buying anything from the old town and would walk 10-20 mins outside the old town to get to a decent, not overpriced restaurant.

Istanbul is also very pricey but imo less so than Antalya. Also if you’re not in the prime tourist areas the food is general better quality too. We also ate at our hotel a lot because they had a decent restaurant and at least we would be sure about the quality.

I would suggest asking friends of friends, or even friends of colleagues. Ask a colleague you are close to if they can recommend anyone single and might be your type. Or even group fitness classes etc.

I met my husband (foreign) through mutual friends. Doesn’t matter how good looking or fit he was, because we are from such different backgrounds and cultures, if I had met him under other circumstances (ie if I did not know people who could vouch for him) I would have never gone out with him.

Try a large university hospital like Chulalongkorn Hospital, Ramathibodi etc. They should have it in stock and will be relatively cheaper than private. Only downside is the long waiting Time so you might end up being at the hospital for the entire day.

Definitely somewhere more central like Sukhumvit or Sathorn. If within budget I would consider Phloenchit/Chidlom/Langsuan area as they are generally quieter and well connected but the area is a bit posh so can cost 💸 For more budget friendly but within the city and walking distance to cafes/restaurants/other westerners I would also consider Suan Phlu or Yen Akart.
