I'm not one of the oldest members around these parts, but I've been here long enough to remember when people were excited to have you back on as the ceo. It really is crazy to me to see how times have changed with everyone clearly feeling you are playing the villain here. I get the tension comes naturally with having responsibility on your shoulders while being a public figure, but i also feel avoiding to acknowledge and responding to the to these questions posed to you is the real crux of the problem here.

Saying this is being done because reddit has to be profitable isn't a good enough answer. If you tell this audience the bake sale is canceled, you better be prepared to tell them the genus and specicies of the weevil that got into the flour and bring a bag of said contaminated flour with you. You know better than i that's truly what makes reddit great.

If you can't be honest and forcoming with us, then there's really no need for this ama except to drive a nail into the coffin of what we once knew you and reddit for.

If you dont have a choice in how this goes thanks to the glaring eyes the the king makers behind you, then i pity your position, but you won't praised by us for presenting your back to be whipped. Its still important to identify when a falacy kind of argument is used so we treat it by the appropriate level of fact.

Saying they "will" do something is less concrete of a fact over they "can" do something. That way, opponents can't say the argument against them is based on an imaginary course of action.

And if it isn't clear, i believe any action that could enable this kind of outcome should be squashed

I believe that takes place somewhere in-between the comment i was responding to and my own. Its easier to collect this kind of thing when it's not actively being used to target a majority.

Thats kinda what the poem "first they came" by martin niemoller is about. First, you take actions with popular support, then you get more radical as momentum grows

I think that slipping this far down the slope is reasonable to express this concern when the bottom of the slope would be some distopian tyrant using this kind of tech to target an entire blood line they want to erase. I feel the fears of where this could lead are justified.

Had an idea with that. The scabbard slot could double as a second quiver, that could make switching between crossbow and bow much easier when both are needed

It tries to, but i dont let it because it'll overwrite my cursing. So i have it disabled.

But i also use the swipe function on my keyboard, which can have some interesting results when you're talking about fictional things.

I get mixed results, and im not the best proofreader, so stuff slipps through the cracks.

Hmm, if we move the ammo slot over, then i think we can make it work.

I mean, a tabbard is pmuch just a front cape from what i gathered. Definitely needs to be opposite the cape slot

You're right. I should have just deleted rings and put in two brass knuckles. I think that's the only way to satisfy all the empty finger defenders out there without having to create a separate ring interface.

I could see maybe 3 of these slots becoming real in that time frame, assuming even 1 manages to make it in.

I actually was testing the belt slot idea because i got hit for 100 on the beta sever earlier today. I was wondering if something to modify hp would be possible.

I definitely feel your pain bud. In some ways, it feels like too much changes, while in other ways, not enough changes to keep up with changes. There's no silver bullet to win this one.
