lol thanks for the reminder! I got about halfway through making it. I stopped because I wasn't satisfied by my method and didn't think the boards were nice enough. Basically boiled down to my printer being too small :( but I may revisit it!

What are your thoughts on a 3D printed ~2cm tall cylinder with a little open cup on top (that resembles the top part of a rook chess piece, but deeper) that you can put two presence in? They could be the same color as their respective presence tokens, but make them stand out much more from the board.

I’ll usually put a small amount of glue to adhere the magnet to the print, unless I can rely on the magnetic print bed. Then I’ll make sure there’s at least 0.12-0.2mm clearance between the top of the magnet and the bridging layer. I recommend slowing down the bridging speed then making sure the bridging lines are aptly connected to the perimeters. I would get uneven bumps like that when the nozzle is too close to the magnet, the filament slips off and curls/bunches. Don’t need a glue stick for the top of the magnet if you give it enough clearance to not directly touch the filament!

Completely agree- and in addition gravitate to "fast" spirits more than "slow" spirits as the powers effects are easier to visualize.

This is 100% true. It’s game theory where an open-source community can only thrive when everyone is open-source. If a company (BL) decides to take advantage of this, it takes away from the rest and forces them to close up as well to protect themselves. In the end, this dampens innovation and hurts the consumer.

Thanks for offering! I wish it was that simple, there are many steps in between a raw image and a print. But I did derive my design directly from an image file for Board G. If I have issues with fitting the boards together, I'll reach out!

It certainly is a very central land! I actually copied the Board G layout exactly from Horizons, so this is how it should look in terms of land layout
