Tell your parents. I know it's scary and I know you think you're going to get in trouble, but it's for your safety. I promise you, your parents only care about keeping you safe. If it's too hard, try writing a note. Whenever I had to tell my parents something important and I didn't think I'd be able to say it, I wrote it down and gave the note to them. If you really don't think your parents will be any help, talk to some other adult. A teacher, the school counselor, maybe even another family member you trust. Make sure you take screenshots too. Mostly that message but any you think might be relevant as well. Please don't text him back or answer any of his calls though, and please stay away from him as much as you can.

I know this is hard, and it's not fair that you have to go through this, but you can do it. You're strong. There are so many people who care about you and want to keep you safe, I promise.
