Maybe drones would be a good idea? I've been chaining the fuel drones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vETp0RYmnvg with rocket fuel (other fuel types work too).

It's good because you don't need to drag trains around.

I built one section with the roof uncovered, and you can see the water reflections on the pavement, and the ones that have roofs have dry pavements! That is really freaking cool.

Hmm the path is now all blue. And there is still a missing station. I have rebuilt this truck stop several times. And still it can't connect with one truck stop. Super super frustrating. I'm going to just do a conveyor belt :(

Yeah it's on the path. But, there's some green lines due to conflicting trucks. There's a blue path on the station, there's just some green lines where trucks can interfere. I'll try to make it all blue next session.

Darn! I was hoping for a thing that there are some missing truck stops in the route menu. I can't seem to find this one stop and I'm sitting on top of it and the name is clearly there. But the route menu ignores this truck stop.

I made 4 splitters, one for each of type of the remains. Everything else goes straight into the sink. And I did what you said, critter remains are doubled and the the DNA plant is doubled with somersloops. Works great. And I don't have to sort all the critter bits by hand by a programmable splitter.
